• Ready-to-Ship items will ship within 2-4 business days.
• Shipping Preference is selected at checkout.
• Tracking Info will be provided via email once your order ships.
• Custom Orders are asked to be placed 3-4 weeks before your event date. These ship times will vary based on our communication surrounding your requested designs! <3

Shipping Cost will depend based on preference you select at checkout. We typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking and typically delivers within 2–5 business days. Orders over $50 include FREE shipping!

Shipping to Canada will be calculated at the time of checkout based on weight and shipping address.

Currently, we are only accepting orders within the U.S. and Canada on the website. However, if you're located outside the U.S./Canada and would like to place an order, please feel free to contact me directly! We are happy to discuss alternative shipping methods.

If you are placing a custom order through me that is different than an exact listing on the site, please contact me directly via Contact Page, email (laurenpropson@electricbasswear.com), or by DM on IG (@electricbasswear) so we can discuss request, design, timing and pricing!

Because many of our items are made in limited runs, all sales are final.
However, if you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, reach out to us at laurenpropson@electricbasswear.com and we’ll make it right ASAP.
